- Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville Florida (FLCJ) has a requirement Passenger Terminal Services in support of the Defense Transportation System located at Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 488119 and the Small Business Size Standard is $32.5M. The projected period performance is a base period of 6 months and four (4) one-year option periods beginning 01 April 2016. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price. When the solicitation is posted it is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the websites Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) - www.fbo.gov and Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) - www.neco.navy.mil to download the solicitation and attachments. No paper copies of these documents will be issued. The expected issue date for the solicitation is on or about 15 February 2016. The expected date of award is on or about 15 March 2016.
