NOTE: THE POC FOR THIS NOTICE IS MAUREEN DAVI, 978-318-8070 Lease Acquisition Notice: Mixed Use Building to Provide Warehouse Space, High-Bay Warehouse Space and General Office Space, Windsor/Windsor Locks, CT NOTICE INFORMATION Agency Contact: Maureen Davi, Realty Specialist U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District 696 Virginia Road Concord, MA 01742 978-318-8070 Maureen.B.Davi@usace.army.mil Title: Lease Acquisition, Mixed Use Warehouse, High-bay Warehouse and General Office Space, Windsor/Windsor Locks, CT Delineated Area: Windsor/Windsor Locks, CT and within a 5-mile radius of Camp Hartell, 280 North Street, Windsor Locks. Description: The federal Government has a requirement for mixed use space to accommodate general administrative functions and warehouse operations; the warehouse space must include secure high-bay area. Space must be contiguous and all on one level. Target area is Windsor/Windsor Locks, CT within a 5-mile radius of Camp Hartell, 580 North Street, Windsor Locks, CT. Term is 5 years, 1 year firm. Special requirements include a minimum of 8,200 useable square feet (USF) office space and 28,000 USF warehouse; minimum 8,000 USF high-bay. Drive-in bays, loading dock(s), roll-up door(s), and on-site parking for Government-owned vehicles and privately-owned vehicles required. Preference will be given to buildings that can meet security requirements and are currently Energy Star compliant or can be Energy Star compliant upon occupancy. Submit expressions of interest in writing only by COB February 5, 2016 to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District, Real Estate Division, 696 Virginia Road, Concord, MA 01742-2718 or Maureen.B.Davi@usace.army.mil. Submittals must include building name and address and identification of USF of available space within the building on a scaled floor plan; rentable square feet (RSF) offered with CAF identified, expected rental rate per RSF fully serviced, date available, building ownership information, and authority to represent ownership if broker representation.
