- Description
- The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Applications Contracting Office (TAKO), intends to award a five (5) year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for technical data development and support including Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETPs), Aircrew Flight Manuals (flight manuals), Repair Parts and Special Tools Lists (RPSTLs), Provisioning Master Records (PMRs), and technical data change management for the Army Special Operations Aviation (ARSOA) aircraft, on an other than full and open basis. In Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the services are deemed to be available from only one source when it is likely that an award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of costs to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. The intended source is Pinnacle Solutions Inc., 8 Parade St. NW Suite 301, Huntsville, AL 35806. The associated NAICS code is 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services) with a small business size standard of $15M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made publically available. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement. Sources intending to submit a capability statement shall contact the POC, referenced below, for the Capability Statement Instructions (CSI). A sources' capability statement must address information that's required by the government, which will be identified in the CSI. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort, on a full and open basis, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
