- Synopsis: SOURCES SOUGHT. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Hubzone Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Businesses. The USPFO for WA, anticipates the solicitation and award of a multiple award task order contract (MATOC) to accomplish a broad range of maintenance, repair and construction services over a base period and three (4) one year options. The magnitude of these projects is up to ~$5,000,000. Individual contract ceilings will be ~$20,000,000. Aforementioned numbers may be increased or decreased prior to the solicitation. All interested Small Business concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 20 February 2016. Your response shall not exceed five typewritten pages and include the following to be considered: 1. Positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor. 2. Preferred operating area: Western Washington, Eastern Washington, Both 3. A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor. 4. A brief outline of local resources, subcontractors and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it will be advertised as unrestricted.
