- This is an expression of interest for market research purposes. Expressions of interest shall be submitted only by the property owner, property owner’s exclusive listing agent, or other authorized agent of the owner with the exclusive right to offer on the owner’s behalf. Expressions of interest by parties other than the property owner shall include the building or site address, owner’s name and address, and written statement from the property owner documenting the exclusive right of the party expressing interest to respond on the owner’s behalf. Submission shall include, but not limited to: 1) Building description and pictures 2) Description of square footage available, including amount on each floor plan 3) Floor plan of typical floor plate 4) Date space is available 5) Listing rate and inclusions Delineated area: Beginning at South River (bay water) and Route 450 going east to Route 178 (General Hwy) north to Defense Hwy to Bestgate Road to Route 301 east to Severn River (bay water). Bounded by Severn River back to South River connecting back to Route 450. Scenario #1 = 24,315 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet - S pace at a minimum must allow for the following continuous blocks of space: o 1,215 ABOA SF o 17,150 ABOA SF o 5,950 ABOA SF Scenario #2 = 37,675 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet - S pace at a minimum must allow for the following continuous blocks of space: o 1,215 ABOA SF o 17,150 ABOA SF o 5,950 ABOA SF o 13,360 ABOA SF Parking = compliant with local code Full Term = 10-15 years Occupancy = 2018 Additional Requirements = - The building and all space leased by the Government shall comply with ABAAS accessibility standards and shall be compliant with local fire and life safety codes.
