- The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Port Hueneme Division (PHD) intends to issue a solicitation for a Series 3000 Discrete Delay System in February 2016. Requirement includes: •· Series 3000 Console Assembly, 1 each The Government anticipates award of one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this requirement is CO-C9. The procurement is. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334220. NAICS size standard is 750. Pricing is to be based on FOB Destination to NSWC PHD, Port Hueneme, CA 93043. Requirements and evaluation procedures will be listed in the solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned prior to the solicitation closing date and time. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. Questions should be submitted via email to: Benjamin.chang@navy.mil. Failure to respond to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) and associated amendments, if applicable, prior to closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and/or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirements with a commercial item within fifteen (15) days of this notice.
