- This project is set-aside for HUBZone Businesses. The NAICS code for this project is 237310, Construction of Highways, Roads, Streets, Bridges, and Railways. The small business size standard is no greater than $36.5M in average annual receipts. Only offers from firms that are certified to meet both Hubzone Business status and the size standard will be considered. Your local SBA office's contact information may be found by accessing the SBA website (www.sba.gov). Description: This project consists of repairing a fill side failure of roadway. Work consists of survey, site preparation, roadbed excavation; construction of a MSE welded wire wall, BMP placement, and re-vegetation of the worksite. Work shall include a geocomposite drain system, placement of geotextile fabrics, select backfill material, a drain dip, aggregate base surfacing, reconditioning of an existing roadside ditch, and other incidental work. Forest Service system road 3N27 work is presented as an optional work item. Work consists of repairing a fill side failure of roadway. Work consists of survey, site preparation, and roadbed excavation, construction of a rock buttress, BMP placement, and re-vegetation of the worksite. Work shall include a geo-composite drain system, placement of geo-textile fabrics, placement of buttress rock, drain dips, aggregate base surfacing, construction of a roadside ditch, and other incidental work. Estimated delivery is approximately 32 days. The Government's estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000.
