Description

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that are capable of performing preventative maintenance and repair of Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) Sterrad units Model 100NX serial #1041130052 and Model NX serial #0033102384. The contractor shall furnish labor, parts, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide Equipment Preventative Maintenance and Repair. Services shall be performed in accordance with terms, conditions, and be incompliance with all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical specifications to maintain original equipment warranty. The incumbent shall include a fully qualified Field Service Engineer (FSE) and fully qualified alternate Field Service Engineer. "Fully Qualified" is based on successful completion of ASP factory service training and experience in the field. For training, the FSE shall have successfully completed Formal Manufacturer training program for ASP NX100 and NX, and have written documentation supporting all training. For field experience, the FSE(s) shall have a minimum of two years' experience (with the exception of equipment on the market less than two years) with respect to preventative maintenance, repair, and diagnosing faults. The location for these services is as follows: Grand Junction VA Medical Center, 2121 North Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501. The information submitted shall contain the company's business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. Information should be forwarded to the Contract Specialist.
