- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, intends to issue an Invitation for Bids for Recreation Area Restrooms and Comfort Stations Cleaning Services to support Lake Mendocino, Ukiah, CA 95482. The proposed solicitation number is W912P7-16-B-0001. Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and material necessary to clean, service, and maintain sanitary conditions at Lake Mendocino Recreation Area Restrooms and Comfort Stations. Contractor's work and responsibility shall include but not limited to all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection and management necessary to accomplish specified services. The contractor shall make sure that work is accomplished in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations, and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720, with a Size Standard of $18,000,000.00. The contract will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a base year plus four one-year option to renew periods. The Invitation for Bid issue date will be on or about January 20, 2016. The date and time for receipt of bids will be on or about February 19, 2016. Faxed or Electronic bids will NOT be allowed. All documents required for the bid submittal, including amendments to the bid submittal, shall be included. Prior to submitting offers, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) system. The System for Award Management (SAM) is a Federal Government owned and operated free web site that consolidates the capabilities in CCR, ORCA, and EPLS. All vendors must verify their information through this web site. If you were previously registered in CCR and ORCA, your organization's information is already in SAM. You just need to set up a SAM account and migrate your CCR roles.
