Attachment J-5 5-Way Breakdown YC-1675 Attachment J-4 5-Way Breakdown YC-1624 Attachment J-3 Request for Clarification Attachment J-2 Statement of work YC-1675 Attachment J-1 Statement of Work YC 1624 Solicitation N4523A16R0004 (YC 1624/YC1675) The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facilty (PSNS&IMF), Bremerton, Washington intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price, Stand-Alone contract for the repair and maintenance of Open Lighter Barges YC-1624, and YC-1675, located at Naval Base Kitsap Bremerton, Washington. Firms possessing the capability and qualifications would provide the labor, material, and services to accomplish repairs, maintenance, refurbishment, and preservation of the barges. Repair and refurbishment requirements shall include all hull, mechanical, restoration, and maintenance of structures within the barge. Contractors' dry-dock facility must possess the capability of accommodating barges with the following dimensions: YC-1624: L 110' x W 32' with a Draft of 7' Full Displacement: 659 L Tons Light Displacement: 115 L Tons YC-1675: L 110' x W 39' with a Draft of 7' Full Displacement: 659 L Tons Light Displacement: 115 L Tons The anticipated periods of performance for these acquisitions are: YC-1624: April 18, 2016 through June 30 2016. YC-1675: March 1, 2016 through May 12, 2016 The offeror' s dry-docking facility must meet Dry-Dock Facilities Certification. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Stand Alone contract to the responsible contractor on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis in accordance with, but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101.2. The factors and associated sub-factors will be used to evaluate any offerors Technical, Past Performance, and Price.
