SF30 SSA-RFI-16-1017 Amendment 0001 SSA-RFI-16-1017: CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE AS A SERVICE(IaaS)/PLATFORM AS A SERVICE(PaaS) The purpose of this amendment is to EXTEND the response date and time to 5:00 PM EASTERN, JANUARY 11, 2016. There are no other changes to the RFI. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS: Submit one (1) electronic response by 5:00PM EASTERN, JANUARY 11, 2016. Submit responses electronically to the following email address: Terry.Hemming@ssa.gov Submit responses with the following E-mail Subject Line: "SSA-RFI-16-1017 RESPONSE: CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE AS A SERVICE(IaaS)/PLATFORM AS A SERVICE(PaaS)" As part of your response,submit a cover sheet which clearly identifies the following information: a.
