This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for market research purposes only to determine the availability of potential businesses with capabilities to provide the services described in the attached draft Statement of Work. Potential offerors are invited to provide information via e-mail to jaclyn.alverson@va.gov. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy and whether or not a small business set aside shall be utilized for a potential future acquisition. If your company is capable of providing the services required of the attached draft SOW, please respond to this Sources Sought notice by Wednesday, January 13, 2016. Responses should include: (1) Business Name and Address; (2) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address; (3) DUNS and NAICS code; (4) Business Size SMALL or LARGE; (5) Type of Business: SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED, VETERAN OWNED, 8A, HUBZone, WOMEN-OWNED, etc. All businesses eligible to provide this service are encouraged to reply, as this information shall be used to determine potential set-asides for the above noted service. This is NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE or an announcement of a solicitation. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. No formal solicitation document exists at this time, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.
