- Solicitation Document W81XWH-16-T-0053 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81XWH-16-T-0053. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
