Description

The unrestricted solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000043602 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). NSN: 6220-00-370-5447, LIGHT, EMERGENCY EXI, First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship ‐ t o address, FDT will not apply. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247 ‐ 9059 FOB Origin Transportation and 52.247 ‐ 9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). Required delivery is 145 days. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 263 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation. There will be a one-year base with four one-year options, for a total of five years. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Destination for DLA Direct. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: https//dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 07 Jan 2016. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil).
