- Sodding Volume II Table of Contents Volume I Tableof Contents Amendment One: The purpose of this amendment is to: This requirement consists of the construction of a new 4,500 square foot Refueling Vehicle Repair Shop at the Little Rock Air Force Base, Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The primary space will be three (3) "Open Vehicle Maintenance Bays". This facility will accommodate four (4) repair shop personnel and three driver personnel. The new facility will be located in close proximity to the existing refueling operations at the southwest edge of the flight line (immediately west of the truck parking area). The contractor shall furnish all design services, supervision, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and incidentals. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business. The magnitude of construction is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the Small Business Size is $36.5 million. The prime contractor must be registered in the System for Award System Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov. Prospective Offerors must obtain copies of the solicitation documents from FedBizOpps. By registering at FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov) the Offerors will have access to downloading plans, specifications and amendments, which will be available only in adobe PDF electronic format. The Offerors must be registered in SAM and have a DUNS Number to download documents. By registering for the Register to Receive Notification list at fbo.gov, you will be notified by email of any new amendments that have been issued and posted. Potential Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to the solicitation. There will be no public opening. All offerors must ensure that their firms have the ability to provide both 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. In addition the Offerors will be required to submit a bid guarantee (Bid Bond) with their proposal. The proposal will be evaluated and award made utilizing the Best Value Continuum/Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process per FAR Part 15.
