- NOTE: This is a market survey requesting information in support of the following potential requirement. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. All portions of this market survey are merely for market research purposes and subject to change at any time. Response to this survey is voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey. Data submitted in response to this market survey will not be returned. POTENTIAL REQUIREMENT: NOUN: non-mission capable AN/PED-3/MARK VII/Laser Target Locator System, repair NSN: 1240-01-538-4212 Army Contracting Command - Warren is conducting market research to determine industry's capability to repair the MARK VII, NSN: 1240-01-538-4212. A TDP is not available. The TDP was developed and is owned by Northrup Grumman. Interested vendors should provide all the following information: 1. Company Name, mailing address, CAGE Code, website, point of contact, phone number, and email address. 2. Business size under NAICS Code 333314, Optical Instrument and Lens Manufacturing (small business, large business, etc.). 3. What experience does your company have in successfully repairing the MARK VII, or similar non-commercial Laser Target Locator System manufactured to a Government TDP. 4. If your company has experience repairing the MARK VII, or similar non-commercial Laser Target Locator System, for the United States Government, please provide the name of the requiring activity and the contract number(s). 5. What is your company's maximum monthly production capability and the production lead time required to begin deliveries of repaired MARK VIIs at that rate. RESPONSES DUE: Responses are due by January 13, 2016 RESPONSE FORMATS: Responses must be submitted electronically by email and be in one of the following three formats: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Microsoft PowerPoint. PDF versions of these types of documents are also acceptable. Your email response must include in its subject the phrase "MARK VII Repair Market Survey - [your company's name]". Due to email system limitations, your response must not exceed a total file size of three and one half (3.5) megabytes. If your response is larger, you may use multiple email messages.
