THERE IS ADEQUATE PROCUREMENT HISTORY TO MAKE A FAIR AND REASONABLE PRICE DETERMINATION BASED ON A COMPARISON OF PRIOR PRICE(S) IN ACCORDANCE WITH 52.404-1(b)(2)(ii).
