Description

SF1449 solicitation file with Attachment A Commodity Item Description The Government contemplates award of a single contract to purchase CDDAR Cribbing (solid plastic dunnage) in the form of seven hundred (700) 4 in. X 4 in. X 108 in. solid plastic timbers. These units are arranged in prescribed grids to support air bags and/or jacks used in performing aircraft maintenance. Units must meet the following specifications: - Solid Plastic Construction - Nominal Size: 4" X 4" X 108" - Actual Size can be 3.5" X 3.5" X108" - Weight (Not to Exceed) 5.12 pounds per linear foot - Must Support the following weight when arranged in following pattern: >4X4 Grid w/ 27" separations 0-10,000 pounds >6X6 Grid w/ 15" separations up to 60,000 pounds - Weatherproof and Sunlight resistant - Must be able to be stored outside Solicitation Response is Due NLT 12:00 PM (noon) CST on 15 January 2016.
