Description

The SAO-West | VISN 18 NCO located in Amarillo, TX on behalf of the Amarillo VA Health Care System, 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, TX 79106 intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price contract, Base plus 4 Option Years, with Cebridge Acquisition L.P. DBA Suddenlink Communications, 3015 Southeast Loop 323, Tyler, TX 75701 on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 for the continuation of subscription services of the following: 474 drops at the Amarillo, Texas VA Health Care System, 14 drops at the Lubbock, Texas Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), and 2 drops at the Clovis CBOC. The 'revised' North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 515210. Any firms who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide this service must provide proof that authorization from the manufacturer has been attained by notifying the Contract Specialist no later than 4:00 PM Central Standard Time, January 7, 2016. Such notification must include any documentation that includes certifications and description of services that meets or exceeds the capabilities of the manufacturer. Notifications shall be mailed or emailed to Robyn J. Nussbaum (90C), Contract Specialist, SAO-West | VISN 18 NCO, 7201 I-40 West, Suite 100, Amarillo, TX 79106 or robyn.nussbaum@va.gov. Upon receipt of any such notifications, the Contract Specialist will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the SAO-West | VISN 18 NCO will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Cebridge Acquisition L.P. DBA Suddenlink Communications. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes.
