- The outcomes to be achieved are to control/manage arthropod, invertebrate, and vertebrate pests to include, but not limited to, structural pests, disease vectors, stored food pests, household nuisance pests, and vegetation pests to ensure a safe living, working, recreational, and training environment in support of the military mission at Federal Installations located within a 100-mile radius of the National Capitol Region (centered in Washington, DC). Except where otherwise stated, the Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation required to perform pest control services utilizing Integrated Pest Management Plan (IPMP) as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) throughout Naval District Washington in Washington, DC and its outlying support sites by means of a indefinite-quantity contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work (formerly referred to as Firm Fixed Price) line items and Non-Recurring Work (formerly referred to as Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) line items.
