Description

Synopsis: The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peter VA Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 3 intends to solicit proposals to enter into a firm fixed price preventive maintenance / service contract for maintenance and repair on hundred three (103) Arjo Ceiling Mounted Patient Safety Lifts for the VA Medical Center located at 79 Middleville Road - Northport, NY 11768. The contractor shall be responsible for preventive maintenance and inspection. More importantly the replacement of straps and power load tests can only be performed by a certified ARJO technician. The preventive maintenance shall be in accordance with OEM. The vendor will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of these required services. This solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and the standard size is $20.5 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J (Maintenance, repair & rebuilding of equipment).
