This is an unrestricted, firm fixed price definite quantity, other than full and open competition acquisition for 16 each. This is a source control item. Configuration Control applies; NAICS 336413. Potential source: SEAL SCIENCE INC, CAGE 65219. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Delivery Schedule: 268 days ADO. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The request is for a written proposal.
