- Cover Page SF 1449 Request for Quotes SMX90016Q0007 The objective of this project is to improve overall mission capability of CISEN by utilizing a variety of technical resources and training. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is interested in conducting an analysis and assessment of the existing technologies being utilized by CISEN and then making a determination of what can be done to efficiently and economically improve CISEN mission capability. There is currently a wide variety of technology already implemented, including biometric technology for access control, criminal identification, and surveillance. The goal of this analysis is to determine: •Which existing technologies are most effective for mission capability •How can the overall IT infrastructure be improved to achieve greater mission capability •Which existing technologies are inefficient and are not making a significant impact on the CISEN mission •Determine what type of end user training could be implemented to most effectively improve mission capability.
