Description

The Department of Veterans of Affairs, Baltimore, VA Medical Center intends to negotiate and award a competitive (FTE) contract for Radiation Oncology, Physics, and Dosimetry Services. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel requested by the Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care System (VAMHCS) Radiation Oncology Service to provide services necessary to perform onsite Radiation Oncology Physician, Physicists, and Dosimetry Support Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care System, Baltimore, Maryland (hereinafter referred to as VAMHCS). Onsite contracted Board Certified Radiation Oncology Physician, Board Certified Senior Medical Physicist (Chief), Board Certified Staff Medical Physicist, and Board Certified Medical Dosimetrist are required to be fully credentialed and in possession of proper security documents prior to commencing contract activities. Additional requisites include contracted providers having specific training and at least two (2) years professional work experience working with Varian True Beam Linear Accelerator, Philips Big Bore CT Scan, Eclipse Treatment Planning System, and Aria Patient Management, or similar technology.
