Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Mississippi City: Vicksburg Delineated Area: City Limits of Vicksburg, MS Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 153,880 ABOASF Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 153,880 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total): 20 (Parking must meet or exceed local code) Parking Spaces (Surface): 20 Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): 20 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The Government currently has a lease expiring 7/31/2016 and any offered location must be able to meet an 8/1/2016 occupancy. All offered space must be contiguous within the offered building and must have a minimum 20’ setback from the exterior of the building to the curb or other defended perimeter. The Government requires the ability to control access to its space at the lobby level of the building with a security guard and magnetometer. This location has been designated as an FSL III facility. First consideration will be given to offered alternative locations that are within the CBD of Vicksburg, MS. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
