- This is a Sources Sought (SS) and it Constitutes Market Research This Sources Sought (SS) Notice is to seek out Potential Vendors interested in bidding on this requirement. If interested in bidding, vendors should notify the Contracting Officer by emailing Sylvia.l.moore@cbp.dhs.gov and yolanda.s.brown@cbp.dhs.gov by the due date indicated on the Sources Sought notice. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is one of the largest components of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with a priority mission of keeping terrorists and their weapons out of the U.S. It also has a responsibility for securing and facilitating trade and travel while enforcing hundreds of U.S. regulations, including immigration and drug laws. Within CBP, the Office of Human Resource Management (OHRM) is charged with facilitating the onboarding of prospective employees and other support services to enable the Agency to effectively carry out its law enforcement mission. CBP's Frontline Hiring Program is seeking to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to acquire facility and security services to host temporary hiring hubs across the United States. CBP plans to award to multiple vendors to ensure adequate coverage across all major geographic regions where CBP anticipates a temporary hiring hub requirement. Synopsis of Work: The Vendor shall provide a turn-key solution with office space to support the Hiring Hub concept to facilitate the interview, polygraph, adjudication, drug test, and physical fitness testing of applicants in multiple primary and secondary locations as identified within this Statement of Work (SOW). The proposed NAICS code is 531120 Lessors of Non-Residential Buildings. The estimated Period of Performance is a base year plus four (4) one year option periods commencing or about 1 April 2016 through 31 March 2021. Attached is a draft version of the SOW which is subject to changes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this SS should be emailed to Sylvia.l.moore@cbp.dhs.gov no later than 28 December 2015, by 2:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. CBP is requesting a capability statement showing that your company can meet and/or exceed the requirement. Provide an inventory of all facilities for the primary and secondary locations that can be offered to CBP for lease as identified in the attached SOW. Vendors are not expected to have facilities in all primary and secondary locations, however the vendor is expected to respond with a detailed inventory of each facility and must meet the minimum requirements established in Section 3 of the SOW. Please provide an estimate of the cost for rental for each facility provided in the listed inventory. In your statement please also include the following information: POC Name and address of company, phone numbers, DUNS number, and email address. DO NOT SEND ANY PROPOSALS at this time.
