Description

Statement of Work RFP Section J Atttachments 1-5 RFP Signaure page 1 RFP pages 1- 65 The Department has a requirement for 118 leased vehicles to function as Executive Lead, Excutive, Follow, and Advance cars in security motorcade protocol. The government require delivery of the vehicles to the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Office of Protection (DS/P/DP) in Washington D.C. and eight domestic field offices throughout the United States. These vehicles are needed to support the responsible transportation of diplomats and representatives of foreign countries' dignitaries who are visiting the United States. The government intends to award an IDIQ for one-base year plus four option years. These commercial item services are reserved for the 8 (a) program. This action is being conducted under the authorities of 13 CFR 124 8(A) Business Development and FAR 19.8, 41 U.S.C. 253 (g) and FAR 15 Contracting By Negotiation.
