- WC-133W-16-RQ-0091 This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). Written quotes are being requested. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented and FAR Part 12 Commercial Items with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This is a solicitation from the United States Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division-Kansas City (EAD-KC), 601 East 12 th Street, Room 1734, Kansas City, MO 64106. The requirement is to provide the following items: Ø Platform, Lifting, 500 gram o In accordance with National Weather Service Drawing Package J407-1 consisting of drawings J407-1-0001-1 through J407-1-0001-8. o NSN: 4940-01-457-1200 o ASN: J407-3 o Qty: 60 All items shall be delivered to the U.S. Department of Commerce/NOAA/National Logistics Support Center located at 14200 Merritt Rd., Grandview, MO 64030 This RFQ and the following incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-85. This procurement is a small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 334418 with a size standard of 500 employees. EAD-KC requires that all contractors to be eligible for award, the quoter must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) database and complete the “Core Data”, “Assertions”, “Representations and Certifications”, and “Points of Contact”. No award can be made to a company not registered in SAM.
