- SPM4A8-16-Q-0003 SPM4A8-16-Q-0003 SYNOPSIS FOR PR#15-18-1005: Procurement is for a Tool Room Mill in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 15-18-1005 dated October 06, 2015. The contractor shall provide Tool Room Mill, Tooling, Technical Data, IUID and Shipping. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. FOB at Destination, Inspection at Origin, and Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 140 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
