- SPM4A8-16-Q-0047 SPM4A8-16-Q-0047 SYNOPSIS FOR PR#14-11-1087: Procurement is for an Iron Worker in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 14-11-1087 dated November 04, 2015. The contractor shall provide Form and Iron Worker, Technical Data, and Export Crating. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. FOB at Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 98 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
