- This is to inform all vendors that this solicitation is hereby extended to 22 Jan 2016, at 1500 / 3:00PM Local CST. This office is currently waiting for additional information to correct the Statement of Work (SOW), which will be posted at a later date. This office plans on giving at least two (2) weeks response time to changes in order for contractors to prepare their quote. If you are an interested vendor, and intend to submit a quote in response to this solicitation, please contact our office so that we may notify you when the revised solicitation package has been released.
