Description

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: This requirement is for HVAC Testing Adjusting & Balancing at the C. W. Bill Young VAMC, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, FL 33744 per attached 1449 solicitation document VA248-16-Q-0314. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside, NAICS Code 238220 with a $15 Million Standard Size. Delivery Information: Delivery is required no later than February 10, 2016. SITE VISIT: A Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, 12/22/2015, at 9:00 AM EST at the C. W. Bill Young VAMC, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bldg. #23, Bay Pines, FL 33744. Attendance to the Site Visit is highly encouraged and expected prior to submission of a quote for this project. Please contact Mr. Christopher DeAngelis by Christopher.DeAngelis@va.gov to sign-up for a Site Visit no later than Monday, 12/21/2015, 4:00 PM EST. When submitting your request, please courtesy copy Lisa P. Nooner @ lisa.nooner@va.gov. Contractors shall meet Mr. DeAngelis on the first floor of bldg. #23. Mr. DeAngelis may be reached on his cell phone @ 352-263-0782. Vendors are required to fill out and submit the attached New Vendor Request Form with their quotes. Method of payment will be Electronic Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer. Upon completion of work all Invoices from the contractor shall be submitted electronically in accordance with VAAR Clause 852.232-72 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. Quotes must represent best value and result in the lowest overall cost alternative (including technical acceptable) in accordance with the requirements and delivery. The agency will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract using the LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE (LPTA) methodology. The Government reserves the right to make award without discussions. Please return a signed & dated 1449 solicitation document VA248-16-Q-0314 with the pricing filled in for the CLIN, services with your quote.. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award. Note that interested vendors should review the current SCA Wage Determination to insure wage rates are at or above the minimum required amount. To receive an award, contractor must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov). VENDOR QUESTIONS: After the Site Visit, All vendor questions concerning this requirement must be submitted electronically no later than 4:00 PM EST, Monday, 12/24/2015.
