- This is a preliminary notification of award for the 2nd Quarter Food Solicitations; vendors are reminded that if they are unable to meet the obligation of their bids, then they are to contact the Contracting Officer immediately so the item(s) can be issued to the next lower bid, please provide an e-mail for our official records. Purchase Orders or Credit Card Orders (for order’s total less than $3,000 for all items under the solicitation number) are currently being completed to be submitted to award winners; vendors should wait for receipt of purchase order or Credit Card holder phone call before starting their deliveries. Orders will be issued as soon as possible, but time is need in order to give all vendors a chance to review what was awarded and verify their pricing, if needed, with the Contracting Officer.
