Description

SPECIAL NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 11, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Teton Data Systems Inc (125 S Kings Street, Suite G1, Jackson, WY 83001; 800-901-5494), for the renewal of the VISN subscription to the STAT!Ref collection health related titles. Period of performance is January 1, 2016 - December 31, 2016. NAICS 519120 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must clearly indicate and show proof that they can provide the following electronic titles: Essential Evidence Plus (new this year); AJCC Cancer Staging Handbook; CT with RVUS Data File; Davis' Drug Guide for Nurses; HCPCS Level 11; ICD-10-CM Volumes 1, 2, and 3 for Hospitals; ICD-10-CM, Clinical Modification; Dorland's Dictionary of Medical Acronyms and Abbreviations; Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy; AHFS Drug Information; Wound Management: Principles and Practice; Brain Injury Medicine; Scientific American Surgery; Washington Manual of Medical Therapeutics; Stedman; AFFP Conditions A-Z; and MedCalc3000. Responses must be emailed to kelly.poole@va.gov. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 PM EDST/EDT on December 21, 2015. No mail or telephone inquiries with questions will be accepted.
