Description

Shimadzu Equipment Service Contract Questions 1.What is the correct serial number for line item 27? The correct serial number is L20234953373 2.Are consumable items for the Shimadzu equipment are to be included with the contract? This is for an all-inclusive service contract. My end user has not identified any consumables. However, if you feel you are conducting any routine maintenance whether it be monthly or quarterly in which you need any consumables, then your pricing should include that cost. 3.Is the term "HOOD" just a location designation or if it is some sort of fume hood that needs to be serviced as well? The term hood is more of a location term and will not be serviced with this contract.
