- Request for Quotation N00253-16-T-0087 - Tools Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Rotor Cage in accordance with drawing 1210512, Plate Barrier, Rotor Cage in accordance with drawing 1210513, Propeller Nut Wrench Support Tool in accordance with drawing 7608177, LSA Hollow Pin Thimble in accordance with drawing 7608410 and Fire Control Removal Tool in accordance with drawing 7609215, revision A and associated drawings 7609535, 7609536 and 7609537, revision A. Offerors will need to be Joint Certified Program certified in order to view the drawings posted in FBO as they are Arms Export Control drawings. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-16-T-0087 and is attached to this announcement. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332710 and has a size standard of 500 employees. The Government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments if applicable prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
