- The US Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for Red River Army Depot for the following wooden pallets: Pallet, Wood, Box, Pest Free, 48" X 48", No. 2 grade or better, NSN 2052850A-48:67101, QTY:1,650 EA Pallet, Wood, Flat, Pest Free, 52" X 52", No. 2 grade or better, NSN 2052850a-52:67101, QTY: 1,250 EA Pallet, Wood, Med Duty Flat, Pest Free, 72" X 72", No.2 grade/better, NSN 2032351A:67101, QTY: 360EA Pallet, Wood, Hvy Duty, Flat, Pest Free, 72" X 72", No.2 grade/better, NSN 2011011A:67101, QTY: 360 EA Hardwood Flat Pallets 40-inches X 48-inches flat, NSN 3990005995326, QTY: 8,400 EA Pallet, Wood, Box, Pest Free, 48" X 40" X 12", No. 2 grade or better, NSN 2053345C:67101, QTY: 144 EA The pallets will be ordered in truck load quantities only as reflected in each purchase description. The expected delivery time from issuance of each delivery order shall be no more than 21 days per truck load quantity. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. The quantities are Basic and 100% Option. The estimated date of solicitation release is January 12, 2015, and responses will be due within 30 calendar days thereafter. Refer to the solicitation for all terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements. Contractors should not contact the buyer seeking the solicitation, as it will not be available until approximately 15 days after issuance of this notice. Disclaimer: this is a pre-solicitation synopsis and is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of the information contained in this posting or information received as a result of this posting. The contents of any future formal request for proposal (RFP) takes precedence over anything contained herein. Caution: this solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of same.
