- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for a drug education and communications program that will complement the DEA's enforcement efforts in four pilot cities through the period of December 2015 to November 2016. The partnership will provide the following services in support of DEA's 360 Strategy: 1) Deploy its PACT 360 program, - a prevention program through parent trainings, to targets audiences in the four pilot cities. 2) Conduct media visits and launch the Partnership's 'Mind Your Meds' Public Service Announcements and new medicine abuse PSA's. 3) The Partnership will provide a summary report back to DEA outlining activities and accomplishments at the conclusion of this effort. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Partnership for Drug-Free Kids, as both PACT 360 and 'Mind Your Meds' programs are products of the Partnerships. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluation. Responses shall be submitted to Catherine.n.statler@usdoj.gov no later than December 17, 2015 at 11:00 am EST.
