- STATEMENT OF WORK FOR CANON COPY MACHINE MAINTENANCE SERVICE 1.0 SCOPE: This Statement of Work is submitted to request copy machine maintenance service on machines located at the Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving,Panama City, FL 2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS: Provide service in accordance with this Statement of Work and service outlined under the service quote. 3.0 REQUIREMENTS: Provide maintenance and repair service on 12 copy machines. Service consists of the following coverage under the Platinum II program: 3.1.1Replace all worn or broken through normal use of machine 3.1.2Service includes cost for labor 3.1.3Service covers replacement of parts, drum developer, black toner and staples 3.1.4Provide general preventative maintenance on machines to include lubrications and adjustments specific to each machine 3.1.5Provide unscheduled on call remedial maintenance or repair 3.1.6The company awarded contract must be an authorized Canon dealer and certified to work on Canon copiers. 3.1.7The company must be a locally operated business to meet requirements of response and repair to ensure uninterrupted support of providing training material for students. 3.1.8The company must be able to respond to and complete repairs within 2 hours, including, but not limited to, the replacement of parts and toner. Deviation from this response time will impact the ability of CEODD and NDSTC to complete their mission of training students. 4.0 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: None 5.1DELIVERABLES/SERVICE: 5.2Service will be provided at the following location: 5.1.1Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (BLDG 350), 350 South Crag Road, Panama City, FL 32407 5.3Service will be provided on the following machines: 1x IR 3300 9 x IR 2200 2 x IR 5065 6.0 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: BASE: 16 Jan 2016 -15 Jan 2017 OPTION I: 16 Jan 2017 -15 Jan 2018 OPTION II: 16Jan 2018 -15 Jan 2019 OPTION Ill: 16 Jan 2019 -15 Jan 2020 Option IV: 16 Jan 2020 -15 Jan 2021 7.0 SECURITY: The 5065s are in a secured location. 8.0 DISTRIBUTION LIMITATION STATEMENT: None 9.0 RELEASE OF INFORMATION: None 10.0 PERFORMANCE BASED REQUIREMENT: None
