Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, Jackson, Mississippi, has a need for the provision of Primary Care Services and Mental Health Support within the bounds of Greenville, Oklahoma, in the form of a Community Based Outpatient Clinic for eligible Veterans living in Washington County and the surrounding counties of Mississippi. The contractor shall furnish health care providers, medical facilities, equipment and supplies, emergency-fill pharmaceutical prescriptions, and administrative functions to fulfill the support of enrolled patients. A Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity contract using a capitated rate with an estimated panel size reimbursement method is proposed., applicable NAICS code 621498 Outpatient Care Centers, size standard $20.5M. Solicitation to be available on or about December 21, 2015 with proposals due approximately 30 days from the issue date, 2:00pm central time. All questions FOLLOWING issuance of solicitation to be submitted via email within ten (10) calendar days after issuance to kevin.pollard2@va.gov, using VA256-15-R-0766 in the subject line (no telephone requests will be responded to). Answers to questions will be provided via solicitation amendment. No electronic proposals will be accepted.
