- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), intends to award an out-of-scope extension to the subject contract by single-source to Air Traffic Simulation, Inc. (ATSI), Edmond, OK. This extension will expand scope and extend the subject ATSI contract, beyond the 6-month extension plus provide time for a follow-on contract to be awarded. Purpose of Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy T3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA ™s decision to contract utilizing single-source procedures. All questions pertaining to this announcement should be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer, Michele D. Mustin, at e-mail address Michele.d.mustin@faa.gov, or mailing address FAA, Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Aviation, Medical & Training Division (AAQ-732), P.O. Box 25082, Oklahoma City, OK 73125. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
