Revised Delineated Area Map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:UT City:Salt Lake City Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: North Temple continuing on to 2nd Ave N to S 300 E Eastern Boundary: S 300 E Southern Boundary: 500 S Western Boundary: S 500 W Sq. Ft. (ABOA):37,764 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):57 as broken down below Parking Spaces (Surface):57, 30 of which shall be on-site, and 27 of which must be available within one block Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Option Term:None Additional Requirements:Public transportation must be within ½ walkable mile Public parking must be available within two blocks of building entrance. Space shall be contiguous and above-ground. Up to 5,285 SF can be located in a block of space elsewhere in the building.
