- Industry Day registration Question template This is a DRAFT RFP for a potential requirement supporting Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft Project Office (NSRWA PO), Program Executive Office for Aviation (PEO AVN) with the Performance Work Statement entitled WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS SUPPORT SERVICES - DEPOT (WLSS-D). The intent of this acquisition is to procure depot service (modification, depot level repair and overhaul) for a variety of non-standard aircraft, aircraft systems, aircraft support systems, and Training Aids Devices Simulators and Simulations (TADSS). The NSRWA PO is the life-cycle manager for all rotary wing aircraft systems that are not included within the DoD as a program of record. It is anticipated that this acquisition will be conducted on the basis of full and open competition utilizing best value procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 336411. ALL questions and comments concerning this DRAFT RFP must be submitted in writing by Friday January 8, 2016, on the WLSS-D Industry Day Question Form to the following email usarmy.redstone.peo-avn.list.pmnsrwa-industrydayadmn@mail.mil. The Government will make every attempt to answer questions received before January 8, 2016, but cannot guarantee every question will be answered. The resultant questions and answers will be posted under this FBO notice. Only questions that have been provided an answer will be posted. Verbal/telephonic questions or comments will not be entertained This announcement serves as a PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS NOTICE for this Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) W58RGZ-15-R-0125 which is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal RFP. This PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS NOTICE is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue an RFP, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved for submission of information in response to this notice. Offerors may only submit proposals in accordance with Request for Proposal W58RGZ-15-R-0125 after it is published, and not with this synopsis notice. NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INDUSTRY DAY The Industry Day for the PEO Aviation, NSRWA PO WLSS-D is scheduled to take place in Huntsville, Alabama at the Jackson Center, located at 600 Genome Way, Huntsville, AL 35806, on Wednesday, January 27, 2015. Due to limited seating, it is requested that attendance be limited to two individuals from any one company. The event will open for registration at 7:30 A.M., CST. The briefing will begin promptly at 9:00 A.M. and conclude by 12:30 P.M., CST. All questions regarding the W58RGZ-15-R-0125 Request for Proposals (RFP) should be submitted on the WLLS-D Industry Day Question Form to the following email: usarmy.redstone.peo-avn.list.pmnsrwa-industrydayadmn@mail.mil. Verbal/telephonic questions or comments will not be entertained.
