- NSN 1680-00-923, PR 60810840, solicitation SPE4A7-16-R-1386, Item: Seat, aircraft, for CH-47 helicopter. Item is In accordance with Boeing Helicopter (77272) P/N: 114ES0192. Approved source ORO Manufacturing CO (76912), P/N: ACA3503-IV This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 264 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer and Air Force CSI Lists. Export Control applies. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) and Contractor Production Lot Testing apply as well. Terms are stipulated as FOB Destination with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Destination. First Destination Transportation applies. The Delivery Objective is 90 days for the Contractor First Article Completed, 30 days ARO for Government Review and Notification to Contractor and 15 Days for Government Fit Testing and 264 days delivery of Production Quantity. The Solicitation will be Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. Surge is not required. TINA threshold has not been breached. Progress Payment is not allowed.
