- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a limited-competitive basis to the following contractors : Korry Electronics or their authorized distributors for the procurement of Night Vision Device Aqueous Firefighting Foam Filter (AFFF) mod kits for LPD26.The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 333314. Required delivery date is June 2016. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, or from only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this notice. Any responses should reference N68335-16-T-0031.
