This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested per the attached written solicitation. This solicitation VA251-16-Q-0090 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and is a small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112 Medical and Surgical Equipment with a Small Business Standard of 500 employees is applicable. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-85. No telephone requests will be accepted.
