Description
Full-Text Provisions and Clauses This solicitation, W912LP-15-Q-7001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83, effective 03 Aug 2015. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code is 311991 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Basis for award is price. The Government intends to make a single award as a result of this solicitation; however, multiple awards may be made if determined to be in the Government's best interest. The following commercial item is requested in this solicitation: The vendor will provide hot catered meals to be served at the 185ARW Dining Facility (DFAC) at 2920 Headquarters Avenue, Sioux City, Iowa, 51111-1300. Meals will be served on Government-owned dinnerware. Caterer is NOT required to provide disposable plates, cups, napkins, utensils, etc. Caterer personnel shall remove their own equipment, serving pans and utensils for cleaning off-site. The DFAC serving lines, self-service salad bar and food/beverage serving cases may be utilized by caterer for serving meals to patrons. Caterer is responsible for repair/replacement of any equipment that is damaged during use. Caterer shall provide adequate personnel to run two (2) buffet-style serving lines serving simultaneously, to include maintaining food at correct serving temperatures and serving food to patrons. Caterer shall keep the self-service salad bar and food/beverage serving cases (if used) stocked throughout the serving periods. Hats and closed-toe shoes are required for all caterer personnel, and facial hair must be covered with hair nets or masks. The DFAC Meals shall be delivered and serving lines ready by 10:30 AM. Serving lines are open from 10:45 AM - 12:30 PM. Dates, quantities and menus are indicated in the Contract Line Items (CLINs) below. Vendor shall not deviate from the menu without prior written coordination with the Services Point of Contact (POC) and approval of the Contracting Officer. A primary and alternate Services POC will be identified upon contract award.
