- Combined Synopsis Solicitation W56HZV-16-R-0010_AMD 01 Attachment 0002 Price Evaluation Spreadsheet_AMD 01 1. The purpose of this Amendment 01, to Solicitation W56HZV-16-R-0010 is to revise the following in the Solicitation: a. Add CLIN 0010AA - Demobilization/Evacuation (OPTION) b. Add clauses: 252.217-7000 52.217-4001 52.217-4003 52.217-8 52.217-5 c. Changed Section G(1.5) FROM: Offers are due no later than 15 December 2015, 1600 local time Warren, MI. Quotations must be submitted electronically through Fed Biz Ops. No phone calls will be accepted. TO: Offers are due no later than 16 December 2015, 1600 local time Warren, MI. Quotations must be submitted electronically through Fed Biz Ops. No phone calls will be accepted. 2. The following revisions were made to the SOW: C.2 FROM:The contractor shall manufacture and deliver commercial panel-truss bridge systems to meet the LOCB system requirements of this contract. TO:The contractor shall manufacture and deliver commercial panel-truss bridge systems to meet the LOCB system requirements of this contract. Each LOCB system shall be designed to meet the necessary loading conditions, design parameters, and testing criteria defined within the "Trilateral Design and Test Code for Military Bridging and Gap Crossing Equipment", dated May 05. C.6.1 FROM: The contractor shall provide 140 man-days of FSR support for technical assistance to advise on the build and launching scheme for each planned bridge installation to be received within seven days of receiving all necessary site reconnaissance data and training services for the launch and retrieval of each bridge type. TO: The contractor shall provide 140 calendar man-days of FSR support for technical assistance to advise on the build and launching scheme for each planned bridge installation to be received within seven days of receiving all necessary site reconnaissance data and training services for the launch and retrieval of each bridge type. C.9.2 FROM: The contractor is responsible for the force protection/security of its personnel in country. The contractor shall provide its own force protection/security at the worksite, at the housing location, during travel between the housing location and the worksite, to/from the housing/worksite to dining facilities, and to/from BIAP and Camp Taji. TO: The contractor is responsible for the force protection/security of its personnel in country. The contractor shall provide its own force protection/security to and from BIAP and Camp Taji as well as at camp Taji which is the location of the worksite, housing dining facilities.
