Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office, NCO 15, intends to release a commercial solicitation, set-aside for small business, for Lodging services for the Kansas City VA Medical Center, 4801 Linwood Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64128. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 721110 and the Business Size Standard is $32.5 million. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract for a base year and four (4) option years. Usage is estimated at 500 - 1,000 nights per year. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database prior to award of a contract. All solicitation details, to include full specifications will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ) VA255-16-Q-0028, which will be released mid to late December. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quotes will be mid to late January 2016 with specific date given on RFQ.
