Description

PBS Past Performance Questionnaire Scope of Work & Exhibits GS-07-P-16-JU-C-7003 The site visit / pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 3:00PM CST at the Bob Casey Federal Building & Courthouse, 515 Rusk Avenue, Houston, TX 77002. Please submit your name and contact information (as well as the names of other attendees) to the contracting officer via email at shawna.villarreal@gsa.gov if you plan to attend. Contractors are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal walk-through and to verify all existing conditions at the job site prior to proposing on the project. Failure to do so will not relieve contractor of his/her responsibility to properly estimate the cost of this project. This is the only opportunity contractors will get to visit the site to conduct a walk-through and ask questions. GSA will not have anyone available to accompany contractors or their representatives (sub-contractors) after the scheduled pre-bid walk-through.
